well yesterday was the talent show. yep.
that was super fun guys! and don't forget next year... yeah!..

we didn't win, but it's ok. that's still not fair though, that basketball didn't have to try-out. they shouldn't have been part of the competition, but it's ALL good.. cause remember that *everything happens for a reason*!!!!.. haha, and this morning chris, remember .. "hey, destiny's child lost on star search!".. so when we get famous, we'll show this on *behind the music* or *diary* hahaha...
but jennifer was SOOOO good. and she sang fallin!!! dang. so in our category which was *specialty* (i don't know why they took out the "dance" category..ehh) first place was "the actors" - paula and stephanie, second place was robyn dancing to "hotel california".. and third was lady mustangs doing their little basketball shtuff.
jennifer and jackie won $200!!!! they won the prize out of EVERYONE. so yeah. wow.
trish, jo, cynch, kristo, e.j., nina. patricia, lexie, tony, ronellyn.... watched.. and all the other people we sold tickets to. don and aaron were there too... and j boog & j boog-ER.. dang. j boog was gonna talk to us cat!.. but then lucy opened the door and i ran in without thinking. ah well.

oh yeah, today at school guess who i saw?
derek and lili!!! wow!.. hehe i was walking to 3rd period.. and there was like no one else walking.. then i saw this guy smile at me.. and i just smiled.. and then i was like... "wait a minute.. it's DEREK!!" haha.. then *shopper* passed by and i was like aaaaah..
after school, my stomach was hurting.. =(.. and i saw isabel walking in front of me with another girl. then the girl was like "hey laura!.. "and i thought she was gonna say something about the talent show, since people kept saying stuff about it to me the whole day.. but then i looked up and she was like "do you remember me??" and i was like WHOA!! LILI!! but i didn't say her name, cause i wasn't completely sure if it was her. then we were talking for a while.. and she told me that she takes a class there after school. yeah, that was cool.

whoa. today was tiring, well i should be tired cause of all the stuff i did.. but i'm not.

had school..
during lunch, we were TRAPPED.. gosh. man. don't force them, sheeesh. if they don't wanna go, their loss.
oh yeah, i have to put this somewhere.. so i remember..
ok, we turned in $53 so far. ok. so now we know. cause it was $12 last week, and today was $41. ok. good.

then after school, we had practice..
then went home at like 4. and all i did was watch tv. then at like around something, christine (my cousin) calls my cell. she says that shes coming here to eat. (she lives and hour away by the way, so i thought that was weird...) anyway, i asked her why she was coming, and she said that she was goin to the wu tang concert. so she was coming here to eat since it was on the way. i told my aunt, so she cooked. then they came... and it was christine, april, desiree, aaron.. and some other dude hehe i don't remember his name. well anyway.. i opened the door, and christine was there with desiree. and she said "is there anything to eat?? then she went in and then went back outside and called all her friends to come in. i was like.. "ooooh".. cause aaron is her ex.. well i think. unless they're back together.. well anyway.. they went to go eat. and i kept laughing, cause me and claire were gossiping. then i showed christine my belly button, cause she hasn't seen it yet. and april showed me her belly button and tongue. but christine took her belly button ring out, cause she thought it was gonna get infected. well yeah.. then they left.. and my aunt came downstairs.. cause she was gonna go to work. she said that christine had to take the heads off of the shrimp and give it to them, cause they were scared or something.. haha. and that one guy couldn't eat the shrimp, cause he's allergic. dang, that sucks. can you imagine being allergic to shrimp? my cousin is. daaang. yum. shrimp. yum =)
ok, anyway.. after that, we went to confirmation.. joe is our teacher now.. i guess. yeah! hercu-LEEES hercu-LEEES!!! hahaha.

haha. he's cool. but patricia ALWAYS blushes everytime he says something... "i know what to say, i just can't say it" <~~~~ i bet we'll be hearing that AGAIN next week.. haha.

well after confirmation, we took trish home.. cause i needed to get matt's jersey for cat. man that was gross. ewwww matthew. i miss my second home!.. well actually, it's like my third home, ya know..

OH YEAH!! then my sister needed to get a calculator, so we passed by kmart. haha, i was all excited cause you know how they have that new scanning thing. haha. well yeah, i wanted to do that. anyway.. we were looking for it. then i saw aneesa, but i didn't say hi. she walked over to this guy.. and he was messing with the stereos and the microphone. the worker was saying on the speaker thingy.. "customer service to electronics..blahblahblah" and the guy w/ aneesa was like "are we gonna get in trouble??" and the worker said no.. so he kept talking on the microphone. he was like "attention kmart shoppers" haha. i was like what??... then aneesa came back and was like " ehre i got more cd's!!" and then he put it in, and he said "here at kmart, tonight we have karaoke night... the first song is from the calling" and then he started singing "wherever you will go" hahahahahahaha. it was SOOOOOO funny. i kept moving around so they didn't know i was laughing. then aneesa goes "HEY LAURA!!!...".."do you remember me?" of course i remember her. (she goes to walnut, and she went to collegewood.) well anyway, i went to go talk to her, and she was telling me how the guy was her brother. and they were there for like the longest time. and earlier, they got people to sing with them, and a big crowd came. haha, man i wish i was there. haha. then her brother was singing, and then he turned to us and said "would you like to join us in karaoke night??" and i was like "haha, no thanks" and then they had to stop, cause the people were getting annoyed i guess. but that was so funny. now we have to go back there you guys! and we can have a karaoke night!.. HEY, we should do karaoke on saturday!! hahaa... i just told des and she said "hahhahahahhaa. if we must"

ok, then i went home and did some hw.. and here i am!

gosh man, i think i finally figured out where all my sadness is coming from. errrr. i'll talk about it tomorrow... cause i have a lot to say about it.. and i really gotta go now. see ya'll thursday?? i better! hehe.. *peace*

yesterday was my aunt's birthday party. we went to my cousin's house.. and then my mom told us that we were goin to a concert. cause my uncle got free tickets to martin nievera's concert. so we were gonna go, but we didn't want to. we didn't know who he was, that's why. but we knew he was famous in the philippines. the concert was supposed to start at 7:30, but we were there at like 8.. haha, and there was a bunch of people coming late too. what filipinos, haha. martin even said it too. cause there were a lot of people coming in late that were sitting in the very very front. and he was like "SEE! that's why i always start the concerts late!" haha.

well we got in there, and we had pretty good seats. they were probably worth 40 bucks, and we got them for free! yeah... haha, cause my uncle's friend gave them to him. anyway.. i saw martin, and i was like "OOOOH!! i know him now!.." haha, cause i remembered seeing him on tfc. and i remembered him singing and all. so yeah.. he was funny. and all these filipino ladies were like "i LAAAAB yoo mar-tEEN" haha. but i knew most of the songs he sang. whoa. he sang *bakit ngayon ka lang* oooh.. and a bunch of songs from musicals that he's been in. and hmm.. he sand *one last cry*!!!! he also made fun of *who let the dogs out* and bsb.. haha. what else? i forgot.. but yeah. the guest was lani misalucha. and she said that concert was going to be the last concert that she's a guest in. she's so good. she first sang *i have nothing*
and then they both sang *lovin you* hehe. la la la la la... and then she sang a bunch of songs imitating the "divas of the philippines" pretty good. it was better than we all expected, haha.. well i mean just me claire and my cousins... cause at first we didn't know who he was. but roxanne's cousin that came from the philippines came too, and she knew him..and the oldies knew him. yeeeah.
