WE GOT FIRST PLACE at the RCC COMPETITION...

wanna read about it... read on then.. haha

well anyway.. yesterday.. was the RCC competition.. so we all got ready during lunch. did a run through during 5th period.. then left at the end of 5th.. and we were on our way to riverside. played truth.. no dares, cause we couldn't.. and then the finger game.. haha. CAT LOST.. and we were being very loud... lucy was already losing her voice and she had a solo.. so we were gettin in trouble.. all cause of cat's LOUD laugh.. haha. but anyway.. that was fun.
oh yeah.. by the way girls.. remember what cat said.. *what is said in the circle.. stays in the circle..*.. hehe..

then we got there and ate cheetos and capri sun.. yuM! walked around.. they had a starbucks truck there!!! yum..
we went in and watched two choirs. oh my gosh.. CAT MADE ME LAUGH.. and it was the worst timing.. i hate those laughs!..
you know, the ones when you're not supposed to be laughing, so you try no to.. but the harder you try.. the more you laugh.. know what i mean?
ahhh.. it was so bad. were so bad. =/ i really DID try not to laugh though.. but their faces were like... ehhh.. think *bring it on* when they showed the bad auditions.. =/..
and then it was the clinic.. *wise men say, only fools rush in.. but i can't help falling in love with you..*
that black guy was good. haha.
then we went back to the bus to finish fixing our hair and puttin make up on..
then warmed up.. then we performed!...
then took our pictures.. and off we went to eat..
me, chris, cat, and lucy ate chinese food.. YUM!.. our fortune cookies predicted we would get first place!! [note: see quote of the day]
when we got back on the bus, i had a new voice message from *someone*.. but i couldn't understand it.. cause everyone was so loud haha..
then we got back to rcc.. and watched two more groups in the mixed division. the first group with the orange dresses had a TALL GIRL and the dance guy!!.. and the second group with the purple dresses.. had carlton!!.. haha

then was the rcc jazz group.. they sang a couple songs.. and my cousin-in-law was there! haha.. crystal timberlake.. hehe.. she had a solo too.. and it was cute. yay!
then awards time.. hi-five time! hehe
we got 3rd in the showmanship award.. 1st in the music award... and OVERALL.. WE GOT FIRST PLACE!!!!!! yeeeeeah! go wal-NUT! =)
then it was time to go home... =)
we tried to make new friends.. BUT NO.. someone didn't hear me.. haha..
i told christal to bump into this guy..but she said that i should.. so we turned around since we were both holding the box together.. and then i "accidentally" bumped into him.. and i say "sorry!".. but he didn't hear me.. and he kept walking.. and christal starts cracking up..
so then we think of more ways to get his attention... and we start screaming.. excuse me!... hey!... and he turns around and we say "how tall are you?" .. then he says "5'10".. and yeah.. that's all. haha... ok yeeeeah!..
